  I was really hungry and didn't want to spend a lot of money. It was ok for a cold sandwich. The mustard is good and the meat tasted fresh. I don't know it I'd eat here again. Nice quick meal.

  I order a delivery order and it was over an hour late. It was supposed to arrive at 3:30 for a 4:00 happy hour, and did not arrive until 4:36. As the host of this event, it was very embarrassing. I was caked at 3:35 and notified that it would be late, but "would definitely arrive before 4."
  
  The most upsetting part of all of this is that I called at 4:15 for an update, and the team member said "it's on the way. My manager wants me to ask if we can do anything for you." Very strange for a manager to get their team member to do this instead of taking ownership and making it right.
  
  I would strongly advise against ordering from this location.

  Weekday lunch delivery review:
  
  Thank goodness for JJ especially when the weather is crappy outside and you are stuck in meetings. A girl needs to eat and all of the places around where I work are either 1)overpriced for a sandwich or 2)they take forever to make a sandwich.
  
  JJ to the rescue!
  
  The website makes it super easy to order a delivery. I always customize my sandwiches (yes to the sprouts and xtra pickles please!) oh and don't forever he oil and vinegar on my sandwich.
  Mi love that I am given the option to change it up a bit and clearly know what will and will not cost more.
  
  I can also save what I ordered and just click on Re-Order and BAM!!  Done and done!
  
  JJ lets me know when they receive my order and when it is being worked on and when it leaves the door.
  
  The delivery crew is always so awesome and never running behind.  This is definitely my GO-TO for those busy work days when I have just a small amount of time to chow down some food.

  I ordered sandwiches for my staff and the order took over an hour to be delivered only to arrive missing two sandwiches, all of the chips and the condiments. Three hours later the last sandwich has finally been dropped of. This was a terrible experience and the customer service was horrendous. I did not receive discount, cookies, or so much as a couple extra bags of chips after waiting over 3 hours and calling the manager(s) several times to get my order completed. I will certainly not make this mistake again. I will take my business elsewhere and save myself the hassle of spending hours trying to provide lunch for my staff.
  
  One sandwich had only one piece of turkey in it and it's replacement had tuna on it. Another sandwich was drowning in mayonnaise. A bag of jalapeño chips was missing even after calling the manager about none of the chips being in the box in the first place.

  Not  freakishly fast.  Generally takes 30-45 minutes to get an order. If oil is on sandwich (ex. the Vito) the bread is soggy by the time I get it.  I only order from JJ's now when I'm desperate and can't get out for lunch since the length of delivery time and food quality isn't that great
